Ownership records, GPA, ESR, mandates, identity documents, and representative authority are reviewed.

Assessment references and laboratory cooperation are confirmed through appropriate professional channels.

Step 05 — Physical and Technical Verification
The parties coordinate inspection, technical review, asset identification, measurement, chip verification, and packaging assessment.

Step 06 — Commercial Proposal
Qualified opportunities may proceed to an indicative offer, Letter of Intent, or commercial term sheet.

Step 07 — Due Diligence and Agreement
The parties coordinate KYC, AML, legal review, master agreements, conditions precedent, and settlement milestones.

Step 08 — Insurance and Risk Structure
Insurance requirements, storage conditions, transportation risks, custody responsibilities, and monitoring procedures are established.
